The essentials are really just a good pair of trainers, bottoms and a gym top however, it can’t hurt to add a few extra accessories into the equation.

Working out can be a challenge in itself, especially if you’re a beginner. So, finding ways to make it more enjoyable and simple can benefit you greatly. Even for exercises such as running, you may want to invest in a couple of things to help take care of yourself and help you along your fitness journey.

Whether you’re a runner or enjoy a hiit class, one thing we all love to do is listen to music or a podcast whilst working out.
