This type of exercise is more about coordination and balance than it is about strength. It is not possible to be good at boxing if you do not gain unbeatable coordination and balance. In this sport, your entire body has to work as one to perfect each technique and work efficiently.

Whilst fighting outside of the ring should never be seen as a good thing, most people find it useful to have some level of self-defence in case the inevitable occurs.
